Sorcha McCorry
Sorcha McCorry is a 4th Dan Black Belt who began karate at the age of 8. Since 2000 she has featured in every National Championship in Ireland. First selected to represent Ireland internationally at the age of 14 she began teaching karate in 2002. She is a registered instructor Instructing at WSKF Sedai. Sorcha is also a member of Karate Ireland’s National Karate Squad (ONAKAI) representing Ireland at International Events and WSKF Ireland Squad.
Qualifications
- She achieved Sho Dan in 2003, Ni Dan in 2006, San Dan in 2010 and graded to Yondan in 2018.
- Introduction to Coaching & Level 1 Coaching Ireland
- Instructor licence WSKF Japan.
- Child Welfare and Protection Levels 1 & 2 & Child Welfare and Protection DLP Certified.
